WHEEL AND TIRE SERVICE
1T1D Specialty, Inc. utilizes the Hunter GSP 9700 Road Force Measurement System to "road test" wheels in order to locate points of wheel vibration. Wheel run-out is noted for each inventoried item and added to the online system. Client preference determines the frequency of run-out tests conducted. Wheels are available for transportation and run-out in bulk orders or selected by individual serial number. |

FABRICATION
Once you’ve selected your display products and approved your graphics package, the 1T1D in house production team takes over. With the aid of computer-controlled, precision
CNC cutting technology, we’ll build your marketing displays from the ground up.
Our custom fabrication shop incorporates the latest in metal-working equipment, including
nitrogen gas plasma cutters, automatic heliarc and non-ferrous metal welders, table saws, drill presses and scores of other electrical
and pneumatic tools. |

PAINT
1T1D Specialty Paint offers superior coating solutions and finished by utilizing a state of the art 70’ Omega Down Draft paint booth. This extensive capacity allows us to prep, paint, dry, and bake standard 53’ trailers, custom mobile equipment, and personal vehicles in an airtight environment. These services provide
you with quality workmanship, certified by DuPont, and are available for a wide array of private and commercial equipment and vehicles. |

GRAPHIC DESIGN AND PRODUCTION
1T1D Specialty Graphics provides high impact, quality produced images ranging from small vinyl graphics to large format digital prints, including full vehicle wraps. Our team of designers will create original concepts incorporating your brand and related images. Utilizing the latest in 3M products, the graphics department will produce your graphics package to be applied by our team of 3M certified installers. |

STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
1T1D Specialty, Inc. maintains a 35,000 sq. ft. climate controlled building in Concord, NC. The property and building require authorized entry. Access to storage is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to authorized team personnel.
1T1D Specialty, Inc. has developed an innovative container system, named the GaragePOD, to organize, protect, and transport team resources for over the road travel. The GaragePOD ensures that essential equipment is secured, stored and moved in a single container unit while reducing the cost of transportation and storage. |
